We are proud to be the first preschool in Kansas to be accredited by ACSI. Central Christian Academy Preschool became a member of ACSI in 2000 and achieved national preschool accreditation with The Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) in May 2003. Achieving accreditation was not a simple process and required hard work and the full participation of the preschool's director, faculty, and parents. Once our accreditation was complete, a team of Christian Early Childhood Professionals visited our program and critiqued our curriculum, personnel, administration, safety procedures, and much more.
In addition to working together on accreditation, the director and several staff members of CCAP have led sessions at ACSI and the director has attended the International ACSI Early Childhood Directors' Conferences in Colorado Springs, Atlanta, and Dallas. We completed our Accreditation Renewals in 2003, 2009, and 2015, 2022 and continue to strive to provide the best possible Christian education for your child.
State Licensing Exemption
Central Christian Academy Preschool is committed to reviewing the Kansas Department of Health and Environment regulations annually to ensure we are following state regulations.
Due to the fact that our preschool is operated on the premises of a private school that provides kindergarten through 12th grade, the State of Kansas does not require us to be licensed through the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Private schools are governed by Kansas statutes applicable to private schools.
